Spaghetti Chicken Caesar Salad
1 Ib Spaghetti, cooked according to package directions, then cooled and drained
1 Ib boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 lb. tomatoes, roma or vine-ripened, cut into small wedges
1 bunch green onions, diced
1 1/2 cups creamy Caesar salad dressing
1 cup toasted croutons
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe Directions
Place cooled, drained spaghetti in a large bowl. Mix in cooked chicken, tomatoes and green onions. Add dressing and mix thoroughly. Top pasta salad with croutons and Parmesan cheese. Chill, then serve.
